Ann and her team of auto mechanics are Awesome! They helped me to fix the problem with my vehicle to get it to pass the smog test. I have been having this problem for a long time. They had replaced my old catalytic converter with a new one. I appreciate the down-to-earth service by also taking my vehicle to a smog test location to make sure it absolutely passes the smog test required by the State of California to finally get my vehicle registration sticker. It saved me the personal time of having to take another trip to get my vehicle smog tested. Their automotive repair service is reliable, professional, and friendly. I will continue to take all of my vehicles to Ann's shop for maintenance and repairs to "Keep It New". Much appreciated and kind regards, Rick

We took our car in for the first time yesterday to Keep It New. No work was actually performed and we were only charged a racking fee, instead of the quoted diagnostic fee. That was much appreciated! But, what really impressed me is that this shop takes photos of. EVERYTHING, they inspect. On top of that, Ann explained everything in detail to us, and then emailed and texted it to us. Nothing is hidden, so you know exactly what is done for what you pay. Unfortunately, there are too many shops which are not trustworthy, but I didn’t feel that way here. I’d go here any day over taking the car to the dealer, except for recalls.

Just had my car serviced yesterday. Great service as always. Very personable and knowledgeable people to deal with who lets you know exactly what they did, what needs to be watched and what may be needed in the future. Sure beats the dealers in service and pricing.

Great customer service! And services!

Great customer service but my bad luck had to pay $206 for diagnostics on electrical problem that I thought was not related to the battery . Long story short Walmart installed wrong battery causing intermittent power issues. To replace factory installed battery was quoted over $300 plus $206 diagnostic total over $500 I ended up taking to ford dealer installed battery for only $245 total installed. I would have thought non dealer would have been cheaper than dealer prices .
