Keep it New always goes above and beyond expectations. I never have any questions or concerns because they explain everything clearly and even offer helpful opinions. Their use of email communication, the app, and detailed inspection photos makes everything easy to follow. The office staff is very knowledgeable about the work being done and stays in close communication with the mechanics—they truly operate as a team. Highly recommend!

Never feel like Im getting ripped off. Work and inspections very thorough as represented in reports afterward. This is the only shop I will take my Acura and Lexus
