I can’t say enough about how amazing the people and service are at Keep It New Auto Service. I’m not even from the area, and dealing with electrical issues and a radiator leak at a shop I’d never been to felt risky. But from start to finish, they were honest, professional, and truly cared about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Take it from me, you won’t find a better team. I might even make the drive from LA just to come back here for future service.Thank you for taking such great care of my Ford Flex. Exceptional service all around.

This appointment was only for an oil change and filter, but I still received their complete service package, including a comprehensive safety check with photos. Great people and awesome service.

I found them to be honest and affordable in making the repairs. In fact the main reason for taking it in they indicated and printed out the paperwork that the item to be repaired is under the manufacture warranty and asked that I get in touch with them to save money. They provided the paperwork for me to give to the dealer to substantiate it being in the warranty. They said if I had any problem to come back and they would do the repair.

Hoping you were able to get the repair covered on the Encore! We love it when we find there maybe something you can get covered thru the manufacturer ! I recently took my 2014 Dodge Challenger to Keep it new auto service for repair work on a damaged water pump and bearing, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team was courteous and transparent about the needed repairs and the associated costs. They diagnosed the issues quickly and explained everything in clear, understandable terms, which I really appreciated.
