Had a scheduled service recently at Keep it New auto service and had a good experience. I requested an appointment through their website and got a call back the same day to confirm appointment as per their availability a few days hence. After the service, I was walked through all the observations and status of the various parts and systems - Good, needs monitoring, recommendations, needs attention which was very helpful.

You can't get any better service than this. I highly recommend Keep It New. Quality care, kind, honest shop. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Trustworthy, honest, up to date equipment and they really care about their customers. They get booked quickly but theyre worth the wait. Ann is one of the schedule managers and she is also very knowledgeable about the auto repairs.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP Took my car there to have heater hose fixed I even told them what hose but they still had to do an inspection which means an inspection of whole car which takes 2 days to get in which they tell you all these things that need fixed and when you tell them just fix the thing I brought in for they wait 3 more days to fix it. They only do inspection to benefit themselves hoping you spend more money. And their prices are way to high taking your car to a dealership would be not only cheaper but faster too. Finally got my car back after 5 days just to change a heater hose. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but had to

Just another thank you to Ann, Kerri and Ace!! A couple weeks ago (the day before we were slated to have high winds and rain), my front windows were stuck in the down position. Kerri answered my call for "help" and, as always, they identified and corrected the problem. Their professionalism, attention to details (large and small), and their personal interactions with customers is unmatched by any other dealership or automobile repair shop I have frequented. Bottom-line: At Keep It New, they don't just "listen", they actually "hear" what their customers have to say!! Thanks again!!
