Got me in quick for an inspection. Inspection service is fairly priced. Ranking lower than average because I wouldn’t trust them to give my wife an accurate work estimate.

We apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding the work estimate. We strive to provide accurate and transparent information to all our customers. When completing a base line inspection it is our policy to advise you on any items that may need attention now or in the future. We try to cross reference with Carfax Reports, to advise if there is any possible mileage interval services that maybe due as well. Due to the fact that we provide all this information, it can become overwhelming which is why we advise you to check service records for maintenance and we advise what should be address asap for safety etc. After reaching out to you, I have reviewed the inspection and estimates as you suggested, and everything appears accurate. Your service advisor, Rima, stated that she worked directly with you and you had even set up a follow up repair which you later cancelled.
