We've been taking our cars here for years. One of the things I love the most is they take detailed pictures and lay out everything for you in a email. What's good, what needs to be addressed in the future, and what needs to be taken care of right away. They are quite knowledgeable and friendly (family owned). Great experience as always.

Had my car checked to replace gas tank which was punchared. Ann and her team were very professional and upfront with the cost of the work needed to fix my car. Their communication with me was excellent…Highly recommended them…

I have NEVER been to a mechanic that takes pictures of everything they find and are working on when you take your car to this location. Furthermore they explain what's wrong and how it can be fixed. They tell you when something needs to be fixed "now" versus "we can look at this later". Fantastic service and friendly and professional staff. Love this place!

I’m leaving this review because it was my first time visiting Keep It New auto shop. I am so grateful for Jake’s patience and professionalism. He performed maintenance on my Subaru and provided a detailed digital report. He even suggested getting my tires replaced at Costco, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"
