This was the second visit to this shop and I was not surprised with how they performed. They have always done a phenomenal job. Today was oil change and tire rotation. You won’t find a better service provider for your car. I’ll continue to use them as they’ve earned my trust.

Yesterday I had my car serviced and it was done quickly. They are a very professional company and give info about your vehicle both good and bad, noting the more critical areas of concern which is helpful. We have been going to KIN for a several years now and have been pleased with the service and attention to detail. My wife just had her car serviced last week Tuesday and had a lot of good things to say as well. The pricing is fair and much better than the dealerships.

Really impressed with the whole experience. Ann was responsive and clear from the first message, and everything came through as an itemized quote before any work started, no pressure and no upsell. They measured my brakes and told me exactly where I stood rather than just pushing the biggest job, which is the opposite of what I'd gotten used to at the dealer. We have been going to Keep it new for several years now and my husband and I take our car's there for regular servicing and fixing if needed.
