Really impressed with the whole experience. Ann was responsive and clear from the first message, and everything came through as an itemized quote before any work started, no pressure and no upsell. They measured my brakes and told me exactly where I stood rather than just pushing the biggest job, which is the opposite of what I'd gotten used to at the dealer. The work was done right and fully documented, and the pricing was fair and upfront with no surprises. They've earned all my car needs from here on out. Highly recommend Keep It New.

We have been going to Keep it new for several years now and my husband and I take our car's there for regular servicing and fixing if needed. Excellent customer service, detailed analysis of what was done and what was recommended to be done. Good workmanship at a reasonable price. Sure beats the dealerships. We highly recommend them for your auto needs.

This is my 2nd time for service. Had a good experience from my 1st visit. Had my car towed over the weekend when the shop is closed. No worries Ann and the whole staff was Great!!!. Did not take advantage of my car not working. Thank you!!!

The folks at Keep It New worked on my 2005 Chrysler 300 and fixed a laundry list of issues, AC, evac system, power steering, cooling system etc. They were quick and thorough and gave me back what feels like a new car again.
