I just moved to the Oakley area and didn't want to drive to Honda for an oil change so I jumped on Yelp and found Keep it New Auto Service. They had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Rima and Anne were the ladies that helped me at the desk and they were very friendly and played with the son as well. After the oil change, they provided a very detailed break down of all the issues and recommendations they had and this included photos!! I never got photos at Honda or at any other oil change location so this is a great! It's great to see a picture of various parts of my car along with their recommendation. Normally it's just someone telling me it'll be hundreds or thousands of dollars for a part that I never even get to see. Overall, it was a great experience with very friendly employees and I will be back for future services. They offer a discount on oil changes on their website and the app but not for synthetic oil so beware of that.
