Very reliable and trustworthy. I get my oil change here and while doing so, they give me a full work up on my car. It gives me a chance to save up and know what to expect. They have my complete trust.

I have reviewed this place several times and still would give it 5 stars. Ann is always very helpful, detailed and takes care of the customer. This shop is not the cheapest but is meticulous in their work and stands by it. I always appreciate them looking over my vehicles every time I bring it there to make sure nothing else is wrong. Also they provide pictures for their recommendations which is nice. I will continue to bring my vehicles here!

Our 2014 Ford F-150 was not working right, key fob not working, alarm would go off each time we tried to open the car door, vent was pushing out hot air. AC wasn’t working…. We just moved to the area & I found this place via yelp. 5 stars across the board. I can now see why. This is one great / honest establishment. I’m always leery of service places even dealership services but this one made me feel good. To start, Ann checked us in. Asked a lot of questions (1st time ever going through something like that & boy did it make a difference!). Long story short, it was computer related. Ann kept me informed each time and at the end of the day, it didn’t completely break our bank (luckily we have extended warranty) but we were all excited at the fact that they found the problem & fixed it! Thank you KEEP IT NEW AUTO SERVICE! Again, you guys are a great establishment. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for any work, including maintenance. Kudos to Ann! She knows her stuff. She’s very personable & professional.

Thorough inspection and assessment. My bad on waiting too long so it cost me, but they’re very fair with their pricing and honest with what they see. I work out of town, so not being open on Saturday’s causes some hardship, but I will give up my vacay days if needed to get in here. Service writers are knowledgeable and welcoming (Ann and Chopper) and keep you aware of what they are finding. Highly recommend Keep it New. You will be fully satisfied and feel you got your money’s worth!

I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they did the oil change service while I waited. They are efficient and thorough. I appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me any more parts or service and just did what was needed. I feel that I can trust them with my car.
