I am beyond impressed with the service I received at keep it new auto. Very professional and honest feedback about the vehicles immediate service needs and future ones to watch. This is by far the most organized and honest shop I've come across and ive delt with plenty. The diagnostic that was performed and the report provided was detailed and worth every penny. I will definitely be using this shop here on for my auto repairs. Im very thankful this shop was recommended to me.

I had a recent diagnostic on my car, brought it back for general inspection and my hood was partially open. I didn't notice until I got home, i couldn't close it myself... long story short Ann called and said she's gonna send her husband (Ace and tech Josh) to my house to look at it. Talk about GREAT customer service 👏🏼 they really care about their costumers. Not to mention they have been patient with me as we decide if we are going to fix another vehicle. Thank you Ann and Ace

Car was in for an oil change and inspection Met me on time and started immediately. Completed oil change as expected. The charges we’re clearly delineated on the invoice. In addition, they did a very thorough inspection of the brakes and suspension with photos and recommendations. They are now preparing an estimate prioritizing the repairs and considering my budget. I will use them again.

My first visit at Keep It New was wonderful. Personable and efficient service. I waited for my car and was impressed with how they dealt knowledgeably and politely with everyone. Prices were fair and I felt they went out of their way to check and take pictures of all concerns. I will definitely return here and will recommend them.
