Although the service took longer than we had expected, the results were great. The shop also kept in close communication with us due to the delays in getting the parts needed. The mechanic finished the job on a Saturday so that we would have our vehicle back for the weekend. The price was fair. The predicted cost was within pennies of the final bill. We have used Keep It New for many years and have trusted the work they have done on all of our vehicles. They have always been honest about the potential cost and the work needing to be done, especially when working on our 2006 pick-up.

The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and got me in same day for the fix I needed. They set me up with an area to work while I waited, too. I will definitely be using them and recommending them in the future.
