Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at Make It New was amazing!!! I can’t say enough about how thorough and professional and personable and honest they are! These are all reasons we would like to keep supporting our local small business owners and they are a stellar example of these qualities! I’ll definitely be going back for all of car repair needs in the future !

Work done on our car by another repair shop was done incorrectly and was giving our car a warning signal after the work was done. Keep It New technician was able to accurately diagnose the trouble in less than an hour and get us back on the road. We're very happy with both their technical and customer service.

I have a 2010 Nissan Altima with 155k miles on it. While driving on a Saturday night and it was raining, the dashboard on my Altima, lighted up with Service Engine Soon, VDC off, SLIP, ABS, BREAK, TPMS indicator. I thought it is the end of my 12 year old car. So I brought it to Keep It NEW auto service, talk to Ann who is knowledgeable about cars. They ran the diagnostics. Some codes showed up and they found that I need battery change, thermostat replacement, break fluid and others. They fix it and I don’t see those indicators in my 12 year old car. So what is the difference about this car shop and the other car shop. They have pictures of the problems of my car so you will understand what they are talking about. I will definitely be back to this shop.

This auto shop is a great auto shop that people are friendly and nice the mechanics are great you take it in once and you don't have to worry about it. They do the job right.
