We brought in a 2009 Dodge Journey that had over 139,000 miles on it. Even with so many miles it seemed to be running well ... until very suddenly we had a huge problem!! Our Owner's Manual stressed getting to an auto repair ASAP!!. We found KEEP IT NEW AUTO SERVICES on-line and they are AWESOME!! They have the very best diagnostic system to determine what is really going on with a vehicle that we've ever heard of!! They explain, and describe with photos, every single thing that is failing and why it must be replaced in order to safely get behind the wheel again. They are very honest and wonderfully informative about everything!! No matter what the problem we highly recommend KEEP IT NEW AUTO SERVICES!!

We have had 2 cars serviced here on an ongoingbasis, they are the best. Professional, committed, superior and quality service all at a fair and reasonable cost. We would highly recommend them as the best place to take your car.

Brought my Escalade in for AC repair. Told them was compressor as my husband already replaced AC clutch and switches. Called twice during the day to find out cost of repair and when would my vehicle be ready no one answered. Received a call at 3:30 that they had been very busy and the girl in the office was alone. Told I needed a compressor (wow really) along with a multitude of supposed extra issues (I never asked for a vehicle inspection I knew my issue). She couldn’t get me a quote on the compressor or repair cost until Monday as she was alone. I went to get my truck $317 dollars for them to tell me my compressor was out and according to them I had no oil (my husband disagrees on this as he checks the truck regularly). It has now been two weeks I have not received a quote, an email or a call back. Beyond frustrated
