This place is the best wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Ann is a GEM.

I've been looking for an oil change place that I feel comfortable leaving my car once I turn over my keys and that is in the same town. If you're like me I'm not so easy to win over my trust. I'm writing this review while sitting in there waiting area. So far Ann has been friendly and caring and interested in me as a person. I see the way she is helping a customer with the phone app they have. Very professional!!!! So far I like what I see and what I feel. I don't know the gentleman behind the counter but is also very professional like Ann. They just helped another customer that walked in to pick up his car. The gentleman behind the counter asked the customer if he wanted to see the old parts. What mechanic now-a-day tells you that. So far all the reviews I read about this place are accurate. I walked in about 3:50pm and they just told me may car is just about done its 4:42pm. Very reasonable time. I see it pulling up to the front of the shop now. I had a great experience at Keep It New Auto Service.

Great service, honest and friendly

Brought a used car here for an inspection before buying. Linn did an amazing job. Turns out he used to work for a dealership buying used cars and inspecting them at one point.

When I moved to Brentwood and needed an oil change for my car, I looked for something local.as I believe in supporting local businesses. Keep It New had a high rating so I went there and since then has been my go-to place even though I don't live in Brentwood anymore.Last December the Check Engine light came on and my car went into 'limp home' mode. I brought it at Keep It New and was told the VTEC module had gone bad; with that kind of news I prepared for the worst. Not only was it fixed WELL UNDER what I expected it to be but it was fixed in 3 days!Yesterday I had an appointment for an oil and transmission fluid change + headlights replacement but had arrived an hour late. They were able to squeeze me in and got my car back in a few hours. I don't recommend arriving late to appointments though.Linn, the owner is very knowledgeable and his rates are more than fair. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic or service place but Keep It New *is* that place. BTW, download their app to make it easier to keep track of when services are due for your vehicle.I'm more than happy to another FIVE STAR review for Keep It New Auto Service.

We found this place approximately 7 years ago when a friend referred us. Have been a loyal customer ever since and will NEVER leave. Honesty and integrity are top of the list here. Simply the best, bar none.

Can't believe that I haven't provided a Yelp review yet --- realized this when once again, I picked up one of our cars that was being serviced and said to myself "I wish all service businesses were like Keep it New". Ann is the service adviser and she knows her craft - she recommends to her customers what she would be doing if it were her car. My husband feels that the service personnel are top notch (and he known cars - having been a former jet mechanic, he has a good grasp on what is needed and what is B.S.). Keep it New is well worth the drive out to Brentwood to ensure your car is taken care of with expertise and honest service personnel. We drive the 30 minutes to do that with both our cars and in fact, we've referred five of our family and friends who also agree with our assessment of the staff and service. Our only concern is that Keep it New will get so well known that the wait to get our cars in for serving will be long.Kudos to a business that sets the bar for great and honest customer relations and superior service!

After living in the area for 25 years and bouncing from mechanic to mechanic because none of them seem to deliver any consistency with their performance, I think I have finally found the mechanic shop I will be sticking with. Ann who runs the office is very knowledgeable and can break down any repair into detail and always sticks to the prices she quotes. All repairs so far have been wonderful...so up to this point I can give this place a big thumbs up.

My family will probably never search for an auto shop again. Keep it New has been so good to us! We became loyal customers years ago, when they fixed a control arm on my car. We spent thousands trying to correct they alignment. Within 2 minutes they showed me the problem and soon had it fixed.
