Great service!

Me and my family just moved to Brentwood and needed a great friendly auto repair shop and we found Keep It New by our house, the entire experience was professional. Anne was my service writer she was awesome keeping me updated with calls, messages and pics of detailed work. Im most definitely making this my home repair shop. Thank you lot Keep It New you guys are great.

Once again, Keep It New does the right thing. My Honda Pilot has that ridiculous 9 speed transmission that needs special fluid, a soft fuzzy blanket and a bedtime story to work correctly. Well they quoted me a price for a transmission spa treatment that seemed reasonable and I agreed but little did anyone know, the "special fluid" and special drain plugs (yes plugs - it requires two) that cannot be reused were double the price they quoted me. But instead of surprising me with a bill I was not prepared for, they ate the extra cost and honored my estimate. We all learned a lesson that day and now I have 40K more miles to save up for my transmission's next spa day - and Keep It New has a customer for life!

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Love the lady's in the office. Always an A+ from me. They do a fantastic job taking care of my car and always explain every thing to me! Great place that I totally recommend.

Very knowledgeable and thorough mechanics. I was provided a detailed description of the work performed and of services that require future attention. The front office ladies are amazing! They are extremely friendly and highly customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend Keep It New to anyone looking for a honest and reliable mechanic shop.

Probably the best service I’ve had so far in my 16 years of driving different cars and using different places. They send u a text with pictures and full details as they go. That’s pretty cool! Never had that done before. Good people and convenient.

Appointment time frame -Excellent Customer Service - Excellent Auto Knowledge - Excellent Advertisement - Bait and switch. Single axle brake service with rotors turned. $150. My quote because my rotors couldn’t be turned over $500. More labor is involved turning rotors than putting on new ones. The cost of the rotors if you do the math is well over $300 by their quote? I can buy rotors for $70 to $150 depending on the quality. I’m sure they get them for less than what I can buy them. A quote for $300 would seem more appropriate. Not sure if I would use them again even with their good service and strong auto knowledge.
