After going to the dealership for years with my Lexus, when we moved to Brentwood my son told me about Keep It New Auto Service. He said "they are great !". . . and he's right! Professional, friendly, timely, and honest! It's great to have a local service shop that delivers even better quality service than the dealership!

It was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto service place. Definitely will be using them for our cars from now on. We just moved here and it was a big relief to find a great auto service company.

I called Keep it New after they were recommended by our good friends who have been using them for 14 years and had no complaints. Like us, they were tired of dealing with dealer service departments which we felt were taking advantage of us in doing things not really necessary. I am so glad we called keep it new who explained everything to me and told me exactly what to do since my husband's car had a dead battery and needed some attention due to his illness. I made an appointment with Keep it New and the rest is history. We are very pleased with the way they handled our problems and my husbands car is running great. He has yet to ride it but hopefully soon. We are an elderly couple who are not really savvy in the use of the computer but they made things easy for me. There are still questions we have which I am sure they will help us find things on thier service site.
