I was scheduled for brake service. Most places would replace my brakes. But Ace informed me I had life left on my pads. He had his mechanics inspect my vehicle and despite the fact I showed up clueless, and he could have taken advantage of a simple dult such as myself…he did not. That matters. It’s huge. I’ll be back for the service, but I’ll keep coming back for the transparency. Thanks to you guys. I appreciate the way you operate. Impeccable.

What a wonderful staff keep it new has. Right when I stepped foot inside their shop, I was greeted by Ann and was assisted as soon as possible. As far as the inspection went? A+. I’ve never been to a shop where they take pictures and send them to you directly. Every issue that I had with my car had been explained to me, and the steps to resolve it. I’m definitely coming back here for future maintenance visits. Thank you keep it new!

I am so impressed with the man, I did not get his name, who helped me. I came in yesterday for a tail light & today I had a caution light on my panel. He did not charge me & li offered him $$ for the services & he refused the $$$. I will definitely be back to have my car serviced. Happy Holidays

I took my Toyota Corolla to Keep It New Auto for the 100k service. Very easy to make service appointment online, which was confirmed via email for the time slot I wanted. I also requested a quote for the service which I received in less than 24 hours. The service was performed beyond my expectations. Each item checked and/or fixed/repaired was also photographed to show me all the wear and tear. Before any additional item was added to the service, they called and confirmed with me that I wanted it done. I was also advised recommended services for items to take care of now as they were safety related and items that could be taken care of at the next service. An email was sent to me with all the service details including pictures. I will be going to them from now on for all my service needs.

I had a hard time finding a shop with good customer service and trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanics. When I stumbled upon Keep It New it felt like striking gold ! Everyone there is so kind and they are so honest. They’re efficient and go above and beyond. I will not be taking my cars anywhere else from now on.

I had a situation with my Jeep last Sunday morning. The warning lights for engine and charging system came on and a soft chirping noise was coming from under the hood. A friend came with his diagnostic equipment and checked it out. Belts were good, alt and battery were charging good. Thought possibly the pulley was source of chirping. The engine light & charging dust warning lights went off obit I stayed home and brought the Jeep to Keep It New first thing Monday morning. Without hesitation the technician checked it out and found all systems good, but I was told to watch for it and if it happens again to call/come in right away. The chirping could be alternator - the sound possible coming from bearings. I was treated with real concern and professionalism as always. Integrity, professionalism, and personal care and they all truly do care about the people who trust them with their vehicles. I am definite proof of this and I am so grateful for them.
