Above and beyond ... !!!

I came for a simple oil change but received so much more!! As part of their “getting to know you” deal, they rotate tires and performed a complimentary diagnosis on the health of my car which also included pictures of the issues they found. I feel like the personnel at the front desk are just as knowledgeable as the team in the garage. Kathy at the front desk was amazing and I appreciated how she walked me through my car’s diagnosis. Their high quality work and superior customer service is what will keep me coming back!

After researching several mechanic shops in the Brentwood area I settled on Keep It New Auto Service. I have never dealt with a shop that finished the job on time, on budget and took the time to "photograph" and "document" my cars current & future service needs in such detail. This company is above and beyond everyone else I've dealt with. I will take my car back for all of my service needs. Oh did I mention friendly?

My 2006 GMC Denali was serviced here. Our bill was over $3100 dollars. We returned the truck due to the truck was not driving well as they stated. After a 2nd drive test, it was obvious the two diagnosis tests we received were wrong. We were told AFTER we paid $3100 dollars, we needed a new transmission. Immediately, I had my truck towed from this shop to Contra Costa Auto Service. After running a diagnostic test, they told me my truck needed at least $9K worth of work and recommended I don't put another dime in this truck. They APOLOGIZED for Keep it New and said they wish I had brought the truck to them first. Thank God there are still honest mechanics around. Think twice before coming to this place!
