5 stars, because every single service performed on our vehicle has been extremely thorough. We never have to wonder if the work has been done well (as has happen to us in the past at other auto service places). The staff truly cares about the vehicle, ensuring that all is running top notch. We also appreciate how knowledgable the staff is on issues our vehicle has had. They are always good about explaining what is needed and why. Lastly, they show photos of the parts on the vehicle that need replacing, which is helpful, and their App is great as well !

I was needing to schedule some routine maintenance for our vehicle. We have never had any done before and I found Keep it New from their great reviews on Google and Yelp. I contacted them and they printed out all of the recommended maintenance for our vehicle and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They were also nice enough to rank what needs to be done from most important to least to give me a road map to eventually get everything done. When speaking to the folks on the phone I felt that everyone there had my best interest in mind and wasn't pushing me to get the highest price item done first. I appreciated the honesty and I really feel like everyone there is honest and trustworthy. I will highly recommend Keep it New to friends, co-workers and family when they need service done on their vehicles.
